Bent Plow Farm

Bent Plow Farm is tucked away in a flat, sunny oasis in Blewett BC, just outside of Nelson.

 

Their goal is to provide high-quality produce for their community, while managing their land and ecological impact with thought and care. 

 

For them, organic agriculture is not simply the lack of synthetic pesticides and fertilizers, it is a holistic approach. 

 

 

This approach includes building the soil, encouraging a diversity of pollinators, techniques to sequester carbon, and preserving their watershed.
